Our second Prep classroom welcomed a new facility partner in Ramsey at the Fountain Fitness Center (FFC). The Prep classroom in Ramsey is easily accessible from Rt 17 North and South and is housed inside a 46,000 sq. ft. complex that features, in addition to an ideal classroom space, a full fitness center, indoor basketball courts, an indoor turf field, a pool, and more.

All training for Prep students is programmed by Freak Strength owner, Mike Guadango. Mike has experience coaching all levels of athletes; from pre-pubescent athletes to NFL, MLB, NBA, MLL, MLS, WWE, Rugby League, Rugby Union and Olympic Gold medalists. All sessions held at the Ramsey FCC location are overseen by the certified, experienced trainers of the FFC team.
